  Great products but you can get that anywhere! VERY POOR customer service!! They are not mindful of appt times when they set them. You have to repeat yourself over and over when something is set up because they just don't take note of it or just aren't mindful of the conversation I guess? They don't answer phones or respond to messages left on their answering service. After receiving an email 3 days ago that my payment was "coming up soon" I've attempted to call several times, left several messages and NOTHING! Not a single call returned. My schedule doesn't allow me to go into the store so a phone payment is my only option. I'm sure they will try to make me pay a late fee now because of THEIR NEGLIGENCE and unprofessionalism! Corporate will be reached today! And yes I am a loyal, ON TIME paying customer! Only use same as cash option because they aren't going to rip me off with all that interest and stillll, they can't call me to receive their 321 dollar payment! Ridiculous
