  Bought some redwings in October of 2017, come January 24th 2018 I tried exchanging them for water damage as covered through redwings. I’m guessing it was the owner of the store, did not want to warranty them out he said it was my feet that were sweating and that nothing was wrong with them. Yet these past few weeks it been raining on and of and I come come with wet feet. He popped and attitude and said he rather give me my money back and he doesn’t want my business and not once did I get aggressive with him nor raised my voice I simply wanted to warranty out my boots as advertised. I would not waste my time and money at his place in search for redwings boots.
