  Nice try "Bill" your complaint makes no sense, Me and my employees try very hard to be on time and always inform the customer of schedule changes. Going to appointments and completing work is how I pay my employees and bills so it is always in my best interest to please customers. I suspect "Bill" works at a tile store that says they can do granite, YOU KNOW I WORK CIRCLES AROUND YOU!!!!!
