  My girlfriend made a deposit on something then later decided it wasn't what she wanted. This was in April 2009. They told her she could use the deposit toward purchases valid for one year. She went back to buy a gift for someone and they issued her a new reciept. The person voided the old reciept and put on the new one that the reciept balance of the remainder of the deposit was voided. Horrible practice. Apparently, I should have known by the name of the business that they would be money grubbing jerks.
